Made purely from the 'Gin Gin' clone "to give concentration and power," this is a single vineyard, hand picked wine, 100% barrel fermented, with natural fermentation encouraged. It's a powerful Margaret River Chardonnay, packed with grapefruit aromas and hints of bacon-like wild barrel ferment complexity. It has great palate purity with fruit leading the way and oak supporting in the background. Great mineral and texture keeps its power perfectly restrained, finishing with impressive length and seamlessness.
