2009 Xanadu Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

This is a more sophisticated version of the blend, with a fresh lively persistence. Has a small amount of oak (about 7 per cent) and is all naturally fermented. It's all sav blanc from Karridale and the semillon from Xanadu. Has a light smoky character with plenty of lingering flavour. Great acid. Beautiful expression of the style from this area.
