Last week, Xanadu teamed up with James Halliday wine companion for a series of intimate wine dinners in Melbourne and Perth to celebrate the 40 year anniversary of Xanadu Wines. On the night guests enjoyed a special menu created by Mark Best.
In collaboration with Guillaume Perth abd Stokehouse Melbourne, Mark has created a menu centered on Margaret River’s pristine produce, which was paired with top Xanadu wines from the past 40 years, including some rare back vintages. Our winemaker, Glenn Goodall, showcased the pre-release of the Xanadu Reserve wines which are not due to be released until June 2017. A fun night had by all!
