Where does Xanadu ship to?
Xanadu ships wine anywhere within Australia. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping through our website.
Which package did I sign up for?
You can find out very easily by using clicking ‘Sign in’ in the top right corner of the website. Here you will need to enter your email address and password. Then click on ‘My Account’ and it will show your Subscription.
Can I switch membership types?
You are welcome to switch between membership types – it’s a great way to try some different wines. The cut-off date for changes and updates is on the 26th of the month before the shipment month (for example cut off is 26th of January, for February shipment).
What wines will be in my shipment?
Xanadu is dedicated to providing the most exclusive and prestigious wines to go within your wine club shipment. The wines are sourced from our award-winning selection, by a carefully crafted team of wine experts. We uphold our promise to send you the best and most exclusive wines we have to offer. And if you want more wine, you can also always add on any of your favourites!
When will the next package be shipped?
The cut-off date for changes and updates will be on the 26th of the month before the shipment month (for example cut off is 26th of January, for February shipment). All shipping will commence on the 15th of the month that the shipments are in. The shipment months are February, May, August, and November.
What happens if I haven’t updated my details or my pack is returned to Xanadu?
If your pack is returned to us we are happy to redeliver – however, please note that there is a $25 handling fee (this is subject to delivery location – for non-metro deliveries the price is determined on a case by case scenario). If you prefer the stock to be returned to Xanadu we can credit your account your quarterly fee minus $25 – this credit can be used for personal online purchases or towards your next quarterly payment.
I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?
If you are away during the next shipment, you can re-route your shipment in advance to a different address or suspend your subscription (for up to two delivery cycles). Simply log in and edit shipping details for the current shipment.
Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?
If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing your shipping address.
Can I add more wine to my package?
You’re welcome to receive multiple wine club packs – or you’re welcome to purchase anything at our online store whenever you want, remember Members automatically enjoy a 20% discount on all website purchases!
What additional wines are available to me?
As a Wine Club member you have access to more wines than anyone else. You can see all of the available vintages online.
How long does my membership last?
When you sign up to Xanadu Wine Club you will remain a member until you choose to cancel, once the minimum two membership cycles have been fulfilled. If you wish to cancel or suspend your subscription you are welcome to log into your account and make amendments yourself or contact our Wine Club concierge team firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
When will my credit card be charged?
For your first subscription shipment, payment will be taken at the time of checkout. This is to both give you immediate access to your member benefits and ensure there are no problems with the pre-authorisation of credit cards. Following shipments will be charged on the 1st of the month of the quarterly shipment (eg August 1st for August shipment).
Can I track my shipment?
When we finalise and ship your order we will send you an email with your tracking number. Once you have the tracking number you can log on to the Australia Post website to get an estimated date of delivery.
Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?
No problem, just ensure that you specify the location you want Australia Post to leave it when you are checking out. Please note that if you do select this option you do so at your own risk – we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept the delivery whenever possible!
I forgot my member number… How do I find it?
Log in to your account and navigate to Your Account. You will be able to find it in the right-hand sidebar.
Hot Weather Policy
Xanadu Wines reserves the right to hold/delay shipments during periods of forecast hot weather and will otherwise only do so when you expressly request us to do so prior to the shipment of your items. All of our wines are stored in fully climate controlled storage facilities and a s such every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery without compromising the condition of your wines, Xanadu Wines does not cover or accept any responsibility for heat damages as a result of shipping.
